Obtaining Diagnostic report

The following article outlines how to download a diagnostic report commonly required to facilitate a warranty replacement or to reinstate a warranty on Pepwave devices.



Step 1Open a web browser and visit for MAX routers: 192.168.50.1 and for Balance routers: 192.168.1.1






Step 2: Login to the web admin using your login credentials. The default credentials are username "admin" password "admin" however the password may have been changed as the first time you login to the device it requires you to set a new password.




Step 3Go to Status > Device.

 





Step 4: Click the Download button next to the Diagnostic Report field.



 



Step 5A pop-up will appear for saving the file containing the Diagnostic Report to your computer.




Diagnostic reports expire after 2 days and can't be submitted to Peplink once expired.
